THE ART OF INTUITION
Self-Trust
Learn, discern, and respond with inner authority
Selt-trust grows through the relationship you nurture and keep with yourself. Give your noticing time and context. Choose a response, then learn from what follows.
The Sacred Promise
I believe myself
I take what I notice seriously, and I keep my word with care.
Practices of Self-Trust
Begin with one practice
Discern What You Are Hearing
Give what you notice time and context. A sensation, feeling, or quiet knowing may be meaningful before you fully understand it.
Bring one signal into focus
Choose something you have already noticed. What was happening when it appeared?
Separate the signal from the story
What did you feel or observe? What meaning have you given it? Allow room for another explanation.
Listen within the whole situation
Consider your needs, experience, and the circumstances around you. Does this signal return across different moments, or change with rest, time, or new information?
Let clarity develop
Ask: What feels clear enough to respond to? What needs more time? You may choose a small step, seek another perspective, or continue listening.
I can honor my knowing and remain open to learning.
The Sacred Promise
Choose one small promise
What matters enough to receive your care today?
Make it specific and possible
Choose an action that fits the time and energy available.
Keep your word with care
Follow through. If your circumstances change, pause and thoughtfully adjust your promise.
Return and reflect
What helped you keep your word? What have you learned about the support you need?
Each small promise is an opportunity to build trust with yourself.
Return to Your Own Knowing
After a choice, a change, or a promise you could not keep, give yourself a quiet moment to listen again. Self-trust grows through honest reflection and thoughtful return.
Revisit with kindness
Bring one recent experience to mind. What did you notice? How did you respond?
Recognize what you learned
What supported you? What would you choose differently now? Let experience deepen your understanding.
Make a caring adjustment
A promise may need a smaller step. A decision may need new information. Choose what feels honest and possible now.
Carry one thing forward
Ask: What do I want to remember next time? Let one insight guide your next small action.
I can learn, adjust, and trust myself as I grow.
A QUIET REMINDER
The Self-Trust Alter Card
Keep the promise close as you practice.
