The woman behind Lifestyle Rituals
I have always been curious about the quiet relationship between our inner lives and the world around us.
How the atmosphere of a room can change a conversation. How the body sometimes recognizes what the mind has yet to name. How a small gesture of care can linger long after the moment has passed.
These observations have followed me through study, creative work, and everyday life. Lifestyle Rituals grew from that curiosity—a place to share what I continue to notice, question, and cultivate.
I believe the body often knows quietly before the mind understands.

A Life of Study & Curiosity
![]()
My perspective has been shaped by years of reading, study, creative exploration, and lived experience. I am especially drawn to the places where our inner and outer worlds meet.
I draw from contemplative philosophy, embodiment and nervous-system awareness, ritual, symbolism, environmental psychology and design, feminine wisdom, and the art of everyday living.
I am interested in where these disciplines meet real life—not as systems to prescribe, but as ways of seeing more clearly.
Together, these influences have shaped an approach that values both structure and sensitivity, while leaving room for curiosity and discovery.
The life behind the work
Before Lifestyle Rituals became a place to explore, it was simply the way I moved through my own life.
I have long been drawn to beauty, meaningful conversation, books filled with marginalia, gardens, the sea, old rituals, thoughtful hospitality, and the small details that make an ordinary day feel inhabited.
My background in publishing taught me to notice what belongs, what can be edited away, and how meaning is shaped through what we choose to include.
Lifestyle Rituals brings those threads together. It is less a method I created than a philosophy I have slowly learned to live.
If you are curious about the philosophy behind this work, you can discover more About Lifestyle Rituals.
The wisdom is often already there. Sometimes we simply need a quieter place to hear it.
